Ou: Born an ordinary boy, Ou faced a challenge when he fell into water at a young age, leading to physical limitations. With support from neighbors, he now works as a woodcarver, a passion that has rejuvenated his spirit. "Before, I felt hopeless and isolated at home. Now, I have a job, friendships, and a reason to look forward to each day," he shares. In his role, Ou is responsible for drafting product designs, showcasing remarkable artistic talent.

Pon: Our beloved Pon, the team leader, brings international experience home to enhance local artisans' skills. After learning effective techniques abroad, he gathered craftsmen to share his knowledge, advocating for the use of teak over coconut shell for its superior qualities. His dedication to improving both products and artisans has translated into refined craftsmanship and sustainable job opportunities. Beyond this, Pon supports artisans’ children with education-related needs, fostering a nurturing environment that allows creativity and skill to flourish.
